Technology is increasingly shaping the prosperity of countries and companies. The development of disruptive technologies such as AI, along with geopolitical events, is creating new arenas of competition, centred on investment in the innovation, production, and adoption of advanced technologies. AI is a transformative force for software development and is redefining how software is designed, developed, tested, deployed, and maintained. From AI-assisted coding and intelligent automation to advanced analytics and decision support, these technologies are accelerating innovation across the entire ICT sector. At the same time, they challenge us to rethink skills, ethics, security, and the way we create value for society.
Our conference will provide opportunities to interact and network with presenters, experts, peers, and colleagues, as well as to participate in various discussions. The 34th International Conference on Software, Telecommunications and Computer Networks (SoftCOM 2026), technically co-sponsored by the IEEE Communications Society, will be held on September 17-19, 2026 in the beautiful city of Split located on the magnificent Croatian Adriatic coast.
