The template is available in two formats:

Page limitation: The manuscript should be regularly 6 pages. One additional page is allowed with an additional charge of 70 EUR at the time of registration and final paper submission. Scientific abstracts/posters should have 3 pages.
NOTICE: The limitation to 6-page manuscripts is firm. However, you are encouraged to submit an extended version for publication in the Journal of Communications Software and Systems (JCOMSS), which is being published by the University of Split and the Croatian Communications and Information Society (a sister society of IEEE ComSoc). For more details visit the link.

Paper size, margins, column width: Papers cannot be accepted with these specifications different than those given in templates.

Paper title: The first letter of each word in the paper title should be capitalized except the words: for, to, the, in, at, between, etc. The paper title should have a maximum of 12 words.

Fonts, equations: Font style and size should be the same as in the templates. All equations and symbols should be written in equation’s editor.

Figures: All figures should have good quality in order to be clearly readable to the readers. The font size of the text in figures should be unified (same) within the paper. It is suggested to use figures in vector graphics (e.g. eps) rather than bitmap (e.g. png, jpg).

Introduce yourself to the Session Chair, and check that any audio/visual equipment you need to use is setup and working properly. If you are using PowerPoint for your presentation, please load your presentation onto the hard drive so that the transition between presentations is smooth.

Available time for paper presentation is 15 min, including the questions. Please keep the 15 minutes time limit, otherwise your presentation will be interrupted.
